Willful Damage and Property Damage<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-608f3f11 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">The client is responsible for any willful damage or damage due to misuse of the equipment provided, including the clutch disc, any other engine part, or any equipment related to the activities offered.<br\/>In case of willful damage or negligence, the replacement or repair will be fully charged to the client.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-3082f25b\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1b9df8cb\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">2. Insurance and Required Documents<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-492112a8 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">The client must provide at least 8 days before the start of the \u201cactivity:<br\/> &#8211; A certificate of\u201d liability insurance covering the activities practiced,<br\/> &#8211; A copy of \u201can identity\u201d document,<br\/> &#8211; A copy of the driver&#8217;s license corresponding to the vehicle used (if applicable).<br\/>The absence of these documents within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the reservation without possibility of refund.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-8479ed8a\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-72ca8aab\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">3. Repatriation Insurance<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-f86bf86a uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">Subscription to repatriation insurance is mandatory for all activities offered by Merzouga Outdoors. The client must provide proof of this 8 days before the stay. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-00ec680b\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-45e14a07\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">4. Safety and Adherence to Guidelines<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-d51bd209 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">The client agrees to strictly adhere to all safety instructions given by the guide and the Merzouga Outdoors team, including the mandatory wearing of seatbelts during vehicle journeys.<br\/>Any failure to comply with these instructions may result in the immediate termination of the service without refund.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-87805005\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-28c12585\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">5. Security Deposit<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-23982629 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">A deposit of 1000 euros is required before the start of the activity. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is observed. <br\/>In case of damage, this deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover repair costs.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-4392c735\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4cbc798a\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">6. Cancellation and Refund<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-5f632907 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">Any cancellation made more than 8 days before the scheduled date entitles to a 70% refund of the total amount paid.<br\/>In case of cancellation less than 8 days in advance, no refund will be issued.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-93d84132\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-80e8d195\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">7.
